Parent-Student Compact

All of our Swartz Creek Community School District’s elementary buildings have been classified as Title I buildings which ensures that added services and support can now be provided for student success.

An important Title I component for each new school year includes teachers sharing the school’s Parent-Student Compact with parents to clearly express how each family can work together with our school to advance their child’s academic skills.

During our Fall 2020 Parent-Teacher Conferences, teachers will be reviewing the compact with parents and requesting their commitment.  The compact has been linked below for immediate parent review:
To signify a commitment from each family, our school is asking that a parent or guardian complete the basic Google Form Survey below that will also be needed for documentation verifying our home-school partnership that must be shared with our state-level Department of Education.  Please help our school with “proof of partnership” by completing this short form through the link below:
Parents and guardians can also opt to print-out and sign a hard copy version of the school’s Parent-Student Compact and submit the completed version to the school office if preferred.
